8. Custom-Made & Special-Order Products

Custom-made, made-to-order, personalised, or special-order products cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production or supplier ordering has commenced. This includes but is not limited to:

• Custom shower screens
• Custom mirrors
• Custom vanities
• Stone benchtops
• Non-standard finishes
• Special-order products

Exceptions apply only where required under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Delivery

Delivery dates provided are estimates only. White Bathroom Co is not liable for delays caused by:

• Manufacturers
• Freight providers
• Supply shortages
• Weather events
• Industrial action
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Customers must ensure suitable access for deliveries. Additional charges may apply for failed deliveries, re-deliveries, remote locations, stairs, difficult access, or waiting time.

10. Inspection of Goods

Customers must inspect products immediately upon delivery or collection. Any shortages, damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made outside this timeframe may be declined where supplier or freight investigations are no longer possible.

11. Installation

Customers must ensure all products are inspected prior to installation. White Bathroom Co will not accept responsibility for labour, installation, removal, travel, accommodation, or associated costs relating to products installed prior to inspection. We strongly recommend that customers do not schedule trades until all products have been received and checked.

12. Warranty

Products supplied by White Bathroom Co are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and Australian Consumer Law. Warranty periods vary depending on product type and manufacturer. Warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect installation
• Misuse or abuse
• Lack of maintenance
• Use of harsh chemicals
• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Environmental factors

Warranty claims may require inspection and assessment by the manufacturer.

13. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Approved returns may:

• Incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Custom-made and special-order products are generally non-returnable.

14. Title & Ownership of Goods
